Hi, I applied for a DRO in 2020 which was granted thankfully. On checking. I can see that several of my debts are still showing as open accounts and in default. As we are now in 2024 and the DRO was signed off in 2021 should these debts still be showing as open accounts and if not how do I go about Changing the information?

They should be showing as settled, but they will still show for the full 6 years since default regardless.
They will then be automatically removed.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. As long as the default date is the DRO date, or before, that's fine.
If what you are seeing doesn't show the default date, try a statutory report0
