General form of Judgement or Order form

Options
Hi, I've been battling a parking ticket for about 2/3 years now. I responded as per the newbie page, filled out DQ etc, asked for it to be trialed in my local court 6 months ago. I hadn't heard anything since and now updates on MCOL online so I assumed I was just waiting a court date.

I've just received a Court Order saying I owe £135. I hadn't heard anything for months and this letter is dated from 2 weeks ago. It looks like maybe the judge has just assessed the case on paper from my understanding.
Is this now a CCJ on my record? It's been 3 years now and slightly fed up so I don't mind paying it, but there's no instructions about how to pay?

It says there that you didn't file a Witness Statement.
Is that true or did the court mislay it?

Instructions on how to pay are on the back of your Claim Form.

It looks like DJ Iyer was on your side.
Firstly he allowed the case to continue without your Witness Statement and evidence - he could've struck out your Defence at that stage.
He then knocked £60 off the claimed amount.

Why did you tick 'without a hearing' on your DQ?

Why have you hidden the Claimant's identity in that image you have shown us?

Is this matter related to either of your other two open ended threads?

Is it SIP Parking?  No legal fees added.

Pay the £135 straight away. Now. Before Christmas. We assume there was no solicitor so it's easy to pay the parking firm (DO NOT POST A CHEQUE!).

DJ Iyer is a canny Judge; he has made a thorough decision on the papers so I wouldn't challenge it.

Love the fact he cites ParkingEye v Somerfield as authority which is unaffected by the Beavis case (as we've been saying for years).

He also uses the phrase 'victim of a contract' which I don't think he intended but I can't work out what he would really have dictated!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
