Missed Payment

Hi - Hello,
Any advice on the following scenario would be greatly appreciated.
I’ve received a missed payment on my credit file from the loan company MoneyBoat.
The payment was originally due on the 21st November - the payment has since been paid in full on the 19th December.
My understanding is that any creditor must wait a total of 30 days before applying a missed payment to your credit file? Is that correct? What steps can be taken to have this removed from my credit file?

the 30 days is the time it takes to apply the default to your file ( not any grace period ) - if you pay within the 30 days you MAY be lucky and it won't get reported - but as far as the organisation are concerned the payment was late on the 22nd of November...1

A payday lender. Have you used them before or was the loan large, because if you can win an irresponsible lending complaint that would remove the interest and clean up your credit record.0
