Barclaycard One Pulse Account - anybody received their £25 credit yet?

Following one of Martin's weekly emails back in early November, I opened a Barclaycard One Pulse Account and spent £6, which I have duly paid off. I have received my second statement but there is no £25 credit on it. Anybody else received it yet?

Not yet, but only made first payment in late December. Will let you know when I get it (not had any statements yet).

I eventually received my £25 but only after emailing customer services to complain several times and threatening them with the banking ombudsman. You have to hound these people for your money.

Could you give me their email address please? I have telephoned and they said I qualify, but that there is a delay, so I am still waiting.

I havent received mine yet, only had one statement though. will contact them too i think.
