Hi Team, just to update on this one, they did send us another final reminder about 10 days or so before 6 years was up and then that was it - once 6 years was up on mid Jan 25, we haven't heard since! Thanks all for your supportive words and help!

On another note, I have another one in-coming which I'll need some help and support with.. I'll raise a new post shortly! Thanks!

That's good. But 6 years is ridiculous for private PCNs.

One of the extra points that most of us here are raising is that very point: the limitation period for parking 'ticket' claims should be at least halved, if not pegged at a year or two.

I've written some guidance on that thread. I have covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.

Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.
