I have a deputyship at social services.
Does the deputy have to sign the forms or contact or would it be me even though I don't have capacity with my money?
I don't want anything to do with getting the car, I have anxiety. So I'm going to get my support worker to get me a car, I can't drive it anyway and she'll be the main driver, I want something she's comfortable with. Who signs the contract?

Your deputy will sign the forms. It’s why they are there, because it’s tied up with your benefits and the mobility component of your PIP.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.2
