My son ordered a gaming machine from Curry’s it arrived in November stopped working this month and they refused point blank to deal with it and referred us to the manufacturer. Will never buy from them again as I am sure this isn’t correct but my son wanted his machine fixed or replaced and they were most unhelpful as the retailer

What did they say when they refused to deal with it?  Did they give any reason?  Was there some confusion?

TBH, are they looking at it from a warranty point of view?
In which case it is quicker for you to contact them.

It will boil down to exactly you said to the staff at currys.
