Good result, but why did you mention Highview in an appeal to VARS?
There are a number of reasons why Highview’s Notice to Hirer did not comply with POFA; in order that you may understand why, I suggest that you carefully study the details of Paragraphs 13 and 14 of Schedule 4 in particular
Maybe VARS didn't read it closely either! 😀
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Without wanting to seem a pedant, but that symbol doesn't mean no parking, it means no waiting - however that is for council signs where it is applied with a yellow box and the times on it...Soooo, could be misconstrued.

I'd also note the lack of clarity that this signs gives about 'Electric vehicle charging point only' no mention of parking (whether you classify the parking to charge as parking or not), with the P sign in blue at the top...

Don't get me wrong - 100% should appeal this...per the advice given :)

Haha, I have also just noticed that as well.  :D

Probably going to cost them more to follow it up and also they know they are not going to win.

Btw, my second PCN has also just been cancelled.  o:)
