Cineworld Unlimited cancellation woes

With our local cinema closing I've attempted to cancel our Cineworld Unlimited subscriptions.  This is not as easy as it should be.  They've closed their customer services phone number, so you either need to use their contact form or email.  But it looks like they're swamped.  You get no reply from the contact form, and just a response from the email stating that due to unusual levels it's taking longer than usual to reply!

Anyone have any other suggestions, since at the minute it's looking like I'll need to visit the local site to cancel, and dispute a direct debit that's already been taken despite my trying to close the account!

I’ve got exactly the same issue, been trying since Dec 27th and getting nowhere.
