Finding ebay gsp destination carrier?

Sent an item via the eBay gsp which tracking shows as delivered.
Buyer says the item has not actually been delivered and is asking with help to try and identify the carrier that would have delivered it.
Looking at the tracking myself shows me nothing regarding the name of any carrier. Is there a way to find out?

Ebay handle all the onward postage, they can advise the buyer which service was used and also they will need to undertake any investigation. It's a while since I've done a GSP but I think it says delivered once it gets to the UK handling centre but if you click on it you can see the further shipping status overseas.
Yes found one. Click on the UK tracking number and it shows a lot more details. My last one to Spain was delivered by pitney bows apparently but as others have said issues with that are ebays responsibility0 -
The tracking just shows it was delivered at the final destination by Pitney Bows and gives the PB tracking number.
I can't find the name of the actual carrier used for the delivery.
I've told the buyer to contact ebay for that information.
It was delivered to the gsp centre so I'm covered if they open a INR0 -
Have you tried parcelsapp.com? (Website, not an app.) In the past it's shown me full tracking even when a parcel has been given a different tracking number once in the destination country, and the overlap of postal services as it leaves one's system and is accepted into another.
Obviously can't guarantee it'll work for yours but worth a try if you haven't already.0
