Parking Eye PCN

Hi,
Just need some advice if anyone can help please. A lady i know she got the attached pcn from parking eye.
According to her she never went to Asda that day and time. Its her car though.
She finishes work at 1pm everyday and entry for car park is 12.56. She went to town on that particular day after finishing work, then a dentist appointment by walking and back to her car around 2pm which was parked in a free car park nearby. She went to Asda next day on 6th December but around 2 pm and left just after 3 pm. She thinks it might be their system which messed with dates and time
Another strange thing is, by looking at the picture on parking eye website its her car but not her driving and she only has one key which was with her at all times.
Is there anyway to ask for further evidence like any cctv footage and also any other way to deal with it?

Thank you very much

The victim should complain to Asda. That's what the NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST thread tells everyone to do first.
Makes no sense that she wasn't driving though, in the picture. Is it really that clear and definitely not her?
Is the numberplate really clear in the second photo? It's likely been enhanced.
PLAN A IS DONE FIRST. NOT APPEAL.
But if Asda are useless, she could ask ParkingEye for the raw image as that's not her driving and she was there in 6th not 5th (she's not going by her bank statement to conclude that the date is wrong, is she? That is likely to show the Asda transaction 24 hours later than the actual visit).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes i said to her to talk to Asda.
She is quite sure that the person driving the car is not her as there is a hand on steering wheel in the 1st picture and that is not her's.
Can she just contact parking eye and ask for raw picture and any cctv they have without appeling?

If she is adamant they have the wrong day (I'm not convinced that is likely) she could lodge it as a complaint instead of (or as well as) an appeal, and ask for the raw images and metadata to prove the date and times.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
