Independent advice on renovations

I'm looking to build a reasonable sized extension, and as part of the work I'm potentially looking at overhauling our energy setup.

This could potential involve installing solar, batteries, heat pump, underfloor heating, new radiators, cladding, insulation, etc.

This is quite a range of areas, so I'd like to talk to someone who whilst not a specialist in all of the above, would be capable of advising on our options as a whole rather than on individual aspects.

For example, someone who could look at our plans and say things like "You can't improve insulation due to X, and combined with the shape of your roof meaning you can only fit Y panels, which would make a heat pump prohibitively expensive"

I'd also be keen on finding someone who only provides advice, and doesn't carry out the work or have any kind of affiliation to certain providers, i.e. truly independent advice. Does such a service exist? If so, any ideas on how to find them?
