Stubborn white webbed mould

I have tried for months to get rid of this mould in the kitchen. Not sure why it’s happening and continuously returning. Tried all sorts of anti mould bleach sprays etc.
I have a dark black patch on the outside wall and wonder if this is linked to the mould on the inside. Photos attached can anyone help please?

If the areas damp the mould will keep coming back. Outside brickwork looks really damp. Is the gutter leaking?0

Gutter seems okay so puzzled why it’s black0

It's been getting really wet in that corner from a leak somewhere.1

Is the black patch on the other side of the fence as well i.e does your neighbour have the same problem?0
-
The neighbours don’t have any issues0

Does anything come out of that pipe going through the fence?1

I know the white pipe is connected to the boiler just inside. I’m not actually sure what the copper pipe does. I think it’s connected to the boiler. I’ve never seen anything come out but not in the garden all the time so couldn’t swear to it. Any idea what it’s for and what might come out of it0

The copper pipe is probably from the boiler too - it would vent the system if the pressure goes above 3.5 bar or so and the Pressure Relief Valve opens. That outer wall doesn't appear white moulded - it looks like bits of old paint or plaster. The old pointing (on the left of the black down pipe) looks like it has old paint on it - the new pointing is clean.
What does the top of that wooden structure look like? Could rain be splashing on it and showering down over the wall? Perhaps go out when its raining pretty hard and see if the wall is getting unusually wet.0 -
That wall is soaking wet. It's either from the boiler pipe or the rainwater pipe, potentially a broken drain close to the wall, could also be leaky guttering. Whatever it is, it's causing all of your issues.I have a feeling that what is on the wall is dry rot (which is not dry), especially if you are describing it as webbed, but I've not seen it outside before.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Pertests, please remove that bench and take some photos of where these pipes lead to.
Also trace that copper pipe to see where it's coming from - if it's from your boiler (likely) then it doesn't conform - it shouldn't be able to fire out hot system water, straight down, at that height. If it's from your neighbour's boiler, then double-ditto.
If it's from 'a' boiler, then you can rubber-band a clear plastic bag over it to monitor whether any water is coming out of it. That's worth doing, as it'll also check whether there's a fault with your boiler (no water should be coming out).
Also examine the black downpipe and white condensate pipes for any cracks or breaks that could be leaking out water.
