New flat roofs still causing leaks

I had 2 flat roofs installed as part of house extensions. One is a roof terrace above a bedroom. The other a side return over kitchen.

Had continuous issues since this work was done. Need these fixed and a guy is returning next Monday to do terrace & look at pooling on kitchen roof.
I’d appreciate any comments/opinions so I can get the guy to do a permanent not temporary fix. first 2 photos are bedroom leak and roof. Second 2 are kitchen pooling and leaks appearing again. I’d appreciate any help in what I need to check with the guy visiting next Monday who’s fixing terrace and investigating pooling.

Too late now, but I would have avoided flat roofs. They will always be prone to leaks. I rebuilt a porch roof in an earlier house designing in a small “run” with gutter type arrangement. The roof was coated with isoflex and chips.Any joints in the roofing membrane were overlapped by a minimum of 6 ins running with the prevailing wind/rain, normally from the west. Maybe there should be a small hole and pipe through the bricks where water is pooling in your last photo.Mortgage free

Where does the water on the flat roof run off?
Guessing it goes into a drain top right of pic where other pipe goes. So is the issue that the drain is blocked there? & causing it to pool on the roof.Life in the slow lane0
