Money Claim Online - Applied for Warrant, but deafening silence ever since

We were forced to resort to a claim against a plumber, as he walked away from the job owing us money for materials (we had paid for up front) and leaving a mess that we had to pay other trades to put right. We filed a detailed claim, fully supported with dates, emails, photos, video etc. He apparently offered no defence, so a CCJ was issued. He ignored this, so we paid for a Warrant of Control to be issued, in mid-October. The government website says response time should be no more than 20 working days, but we have still heard nothing, 44 working days on. Does anyone have experience of this? If so, what should we do next?
