Redundant when pregnant: did your company honoured enhanced maternity pay?

Hi,
My company is going through a large restructuration and I am about to be made redundant whilst pregnant. I qualify for SMP, but the enhanced maternity pay will not be offered and we will have to negotiate it. In order to build a case in our collective and individual consultation, I am trying to find examples of companies that honoured the enhanced maternity payment when making expectant mothers redundant. If they are biotechs or pharma companies, even better, but any example would help. I your company did so, I would really appreciate if you could mention the name of your company and the redundancy package that they offered you, so I can give some examples of companies that honoured the payment.
