I think you need to link to the byelaws to prove that they include parking of vehicles.

MET actually already did this in their own evidence pack, is this the correct thing, if so is it worth still linking it? acknowledging that MET themselves have admitted that the byelaws include parking?

Point out the discrepancy and that MET have helpfully linked for POPLA and quoted from the byelaws, proving that they DO cover the parking of a vehicle at this location.  The onus was on MET to produce an alternative map if they say the car park sits outside of the Airport, but they have not provided evidence of this.
