Moorside Legal, Trace & UKCPS

To date I have ignored 3 letters from UKCPS, 3 from Trace and I am now in receipt of a third letter from Moorside, headed ‘Letter of Claim’. In it is stated that unless I respond to this correspondence they will issue a county court claim. My intention was/is to pick the appropriate moment to set out my defence (on the basis that there was no signage), my question is ‘has that moment arrived, do I respond to Moorside? Advice would be much appreciated.

Yes, respond to Moorside Legal
Study the second post in the newbies FAQ sticky thread in announcements, respond by email using the template2 -
Read other Moorside threads.
Their claims are all the same, so the defence will be the same and WON'T be about the story of what happened. It'll be like Gladstones case defences but this has already been said on other Moorside threads ahead of you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you both. I am writing my response to Moorside but their paperwork has only an address or phone number and email is preferred. Should I use the post?0

Forget that, I have their email. One question please, in my response should I set out my reasons for defending the case to court, wouldn’t that be giving too much away?1

You don't have to do that. The NEWBIES thread second post tells you what to say.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
