Energy grants for a First Time Buyer of a 170 year old home

Hi,

Title explains most but i'm buying a 170 year old home (Grade 2 listed) with a current EPC rating of D, just wondering what sort of grants are available to improve this, happy to provide more details. I've had a look at a few of them but there are so many I'm sure I'm missing some.

The EPC is too good for the ECO4 grant and  you normally have to be in receipt of benefits.

Probably your best bet is to install a heat pump, as you'll get a £7.5k discount on that, whatever your circumstances..

But you'll only get the £7500 grant if the property is currently being heated with fossil fuels (gas or oil, maybe coal too).
Being a listed building, you will need to put in a planning application and the local conservation officer may object.
