Hi I currently receive ESA and work 12 hrs per week at minimum wage. I am not pension age but due now to receive a small pension of approx £13k (paying tax on 75%). will this payment effect my ESA?

I'm assuming you mean a lump sum payment of £13k from a pension scheme, not an annual pension of £13k. If you are in receipt only of Contribution Based ESA the lump sum won't affect it. Any Income Related element will be reduced once you receive the payment and your total savings/capital remains below £16k.
