Can someone advise on this please, i have received this as the first contact from DCBL. Previous letters were sent from the parking company but to my old address. The original fine was £100 but £60 if paid in 14 days, i no longer have that option of course but my point is they wrote to my old address if at all......can i ignore or push to pay the original amount? any advice would be gratefully received

I have reported your post, and so should you, because not only have you have left your name showing, you have also left your VRM and PCN number visible, immediately underneath this warning,

Obviously you don't pay a private parking charge, as NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST tells you. Regardless of facts. The industry is stinking rotten. Nobody pays.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
