Which batteries are better ECS or EQ

I am going to upgrade my Fox ESS batteries, I have been looking at the ECS and EQ 4800 range as these are best bang for buck and I have Fox ESS inverter already installed. The question is which of these are better?
The main difference between these two types of battery is the charge and discharge rate
