FCA and FOS not fit for purpose

I am one of 240 "victims" of a fraud.  I am covered under the CRM but for some reason the FCA have made it necessary that we must wait for the POC to be finalised.  We have been waiting for three years. The fraudster has been tried, sentenced and is currently serving a six year jail sentence.

We have tried to get MP's involved and Richard Emery spoke for us in Parliament a few weeks ago.
We are desperate, we have written to the judge but I do not think he has any influence.

We need so media pressure.
Anyone help?

    It is a huge case, we are just looking for some outlet I suppose to vent our frustration.  I do not want to put the details on here as they are lengthy but if anyone can help media wise to highlight our case then I would be happy to share in more detail
    .  
    The fraud is approx. 25 million, all banks are involved, some have paid back under the CRM code, one bank has paid and they are not in the CRM code.
