Yes, but my question was regarding not having paid for a valid ticket. Therefore actually that I should cough up. Please.
And I have no idea how to change the title. This lady didn't pay fast enough. If you owe £170, she owes £1906.Perhaps you actually owe the grand sum of £2 or £3? By all means pay for another parking session on the app sitting on your sofa.3 -
the situation is irrelevant

Read the SECOND POST OF IT ONLY.
Then do the AOS (explained there with a walkthrough pictorial guide) then use the Template Defence and draft your (easy) facts paragraph.
You will never pay, no CCJ is risked and it probably won't even get as far as a hearing. All very easy and a useful experience in seeing off a 'scam'.
First, please post a photo of the claim form page, but REDACT:
- your name & address & QR Code
- your VRM
- the Claim number (top right)
- the Password (lower right)PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You didn't enter a defence then? Too late: sorry to tell you but you've lost by default and must pay in full.
It looks like you treated a claim form as if it was just a LBC and emailed the solicitors? Why? Oh dear. You had a Claim Form to defend and it looks like you didn't follow what the second post of the NEWBIES thread says about defending a claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
