I managed to get hold of the landowners address and will post a letter today. There was no email address annoyingly.
Hopefully the landowner is receptive!

Hi all.
The landowner declined to help me but I managed to get a 30 day extension using the letter template on this site. I'm presuming I just need to wait for the court claim letter now and then draft up a witness statement and defense statement?
