Car Hire Excess Insurance query
Hi,
I bought this policy through Eversure and I picked up the car from Green Motion. Its been a few days I had the car and the car goes back in a few days. However after reading Eversure they say they do not support Green Motion so can I cancel this policy & buy another policy?
Or is the policy is only valid before I pick up the car? If so can I make the new policy from tomorrow or possible from today with the car in my possession?
Which car hire excess insurance policies support Green Motion?
Cheers,

I'd have thought that the policy would need to start before you collected the hire vehicle for it to be covered, otherwise Naughty People would only take out excess cover after they crash....Eversure refusing to cover Greenmotion should certainly start the alarm bells ringing- I hope that you photographed every millimetre of the car inside & out at the time of collection!I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
(except air quality and Medical Science)

Questor would have covered you, but like other insurance companies, would require you to take out a policy before the hire period started so all you can do now is keep your fingers crossed, unless of cause the car has already suffered damage in which case you are stuffed.

Is Questor the only provider for Green Motion or are is there more providers?
I am Martin Lewis recommended Money Maxim Car Hire excess comparison site and there is no search filter for car hire companies.0 -
As people have said, as the hire has started, no insurance, even if they cover Green Motion will be valid for this hire.0

Does anyone know does Leisure Guard or Reduce My Excess covers Green Motion?0

Their policy books will have to state if they dont so just open the doc and search for "Green"

Why would you consider using them?
Don't they have a poor reputation?0
