    @ballhelmet this is a fantastic result and I am gutted that I didn’t find this technicality myself!

    However I am going to raise it as a complaint with the operator and the local authority, as my daughter-in-law decided to pay once the POPLA appeal was rejected, and this is a breach of the planning permission, as you say.

    I expect to receive a notice of allocation within the next few weeks.  My case was already strong with the generic signage, the lack of anpr times for actual parking, no remedy, and the addition of £70. etc.. I was willing to make a reasonable offer, but now I'm uber confident.  I'm just wondering whether to appeal to PP with this now, or wait and drop it in court.
