Zing £30 offer not paid

Followed the link as posted on MSE and enquired after 30 days as no £30 arrived, despite meeting the spend requirement. They said I didn’t follow correct procedure and no marker was showing on my account so payment denied. Went in live chat to discuss and apparently it was investigated and referred up the line - same decision. I’ve closed it which is a shame as it may have been useful for my travel wallet.

I never got my £30 either, and now they're closing the service I don't suppose I ever will. What a waste of time!0
