Hi,

I've logged in before, and - I'm pretty sure - since they changed their system, but now when I enter my Username it's flagged up as Email address not correctly formatted, though the username is not my email address. I've tried using the email address but that fails too - Username not correct. I've tried on Chrome, Edge and Firefox as that sometimes makes a difference but not with this. I'm allowing cookies, etc. so I don't see it's anything I'm doing...? But it must be working for some/most people unless no-one ever logs in, so any ideas? Is anyone else having problems? I've contacted Hodge but they're in chocolate teapot territory.

I'm probably being dim again, but I don't know how.

It sounds like you haven't re-registered for the new system. Try going through 'Existing Customer Online Registration' during which  your email address is verified, then becomes your Username. This also involves setting up a new password and registering a mobile number on which to receive an OTP.

Thanks, but I think I've used the new system. I remember having exactly the same problem before but the next day it worked fine - it's not fixing itself this time. I'm afraid I don't have a mobile number to register, so perhaps this is something else I'm going to be shut out of.
