It's as if we are trapped in a new era where "The Computer/AI/Person" always says No.
It is so very unhelpful.
It does sound like a bit of a nightmare already. And those Management Companies can cause a lot of issues.
Should your Solicitor be doing much more of this legwork?
Good luck whatever you decide to do.
Just attaching a link below. (I have read of problems around here, through our Village Social Facebook page.)

PS Any Survey you have done, can't start pulling the walls apart to see what is in there!?
Also saw this in passing

Solicitor seems overwhelmed with work. Sometimes takes 2 weeks to reply to emails.
I understand that the surveyor can't pull walls apart. I'm interested to know how she worked out it was brick panels not true bricks. She seems to have worked most of it out by looking in the loft at the top of the wall.
Very interesting articles. The HOA one puts me off even more! I had managed to get some better insurance quotes based on what XRS200 said, though I'd need to check with the actual insurers. But now I'm not so sure...0 -

I did try checking with my surveyor but she was adamant that she was right. She has caused me no end of stress and anxiety!
However, David Wilson have now confirmed that the house is brick and block construction. The roof tiles are Marley Eternit tiles which are an artificial slate, basically cement with polymer reinforcement. It is a relief.
