Laptop direct

All I want is some air pods, I placed an order on laptop direct after seeing 4 star ratings, so we enter our name,email, and bank details and home address the same details we use when buying anything online. Never has the money been taken for an unsuccessful order. Then I noticed a few hours later when checking email that there was a problem with the order can’t be a billing problem as there wasn’t a problem when they took the funds. The item is still showing in stock.. paid the full price don’t want finance .. has anyone ever had this happen??  

I actually feel disappointed as I need these for Christmas I wish I had just bought them from Argos or another high street shop.. thanks people

Well go and take the issue up with Laptops Direct then.  Nothing anybody else can do about it.

Bought from them a few times with no issue - try contacting them direct I guess
