A 'no parking area' is not a place that offers a contract to park. That is part of your defence.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good evening, today I have received a claim from DCB Legal LTD acting on behalf of C.U.P.

Are you able to offer any advice please. I'm going to dispute the full amount claimed, now £255.44, (as I don't believe the vehicle was "parked" there).
What is date of issue of the claim form - not the date you received it - it shows in the top right hand corner.

Thanks very much. I was under the impression that I only have 14 days once completing the AoS for some reason (I'm not sure where I read that).

I'll still complete it sooner rather than later though.
