CCJ forms received - help please

Hi so this morning a recvd courts forms from The one stop money shop
Their reason being is no regular payments or contact.

I have been making £20 a month since last year. Most recently missed October but they then reset up a direct debit without my permission and took £55, I then complained and stopped my Direct debit.

They have now sent claim forms?

If I dispute it on the basis I have been making payments and regularly and will
continue to pay £20 a month will that mean a CCJ won’t be added?
