DCB Legal Letter of Claim - parking outside the lines

That's not the POC. You know what the POC is because I linked you to an example thread. Or glance at a few claim threads next to yours to see how people redacted their Claim Form POC & showed it.
The fact that you were driving is completely irrelevant; I don't know why people read shahib's whole thread. Their case is not relevant to you. I was merely using it to show you how to write para 3, changing one date!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

apologies - too many acronyms early in the morning. here are the POC details:

Now i see your point about para 3. I've added only a point on 2 i've seen in a similar defense around not being able to provide my own evidence as no PCN was received on the day. possibly superfluous though
Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. The Defendant is not indebted to the Claimant. Paragraph 2 is denied. No PCN was "issued on xx/xx/xxxx (the date of the alleged visit), and so denying the defendant of any opportunity to provide their own evidence. Whilst the Defendant is the registered keeper, paragraphs 3 and 4 are denied. The Defendant is not liable and has seen no evidence of a breach of prominent terms. The quantum is hugely exaggerated (no PCN can be £170 on private land) and there were no damages incurred whatsoever. The Claimant is put to strict proof of all of their allegations.0 -

Got me a court date (and a new coaster for my mug to boot). I've also received a slew of emails from DCB with cheaper and cheaper offers which i've been ignoring
doesn't look like i have anything to do until providing evidence upto 10 days before the hearing, and i'll wait to make sure they proceed past thee claimant deadline in November before i do that

It won't be ten days before? Likely 14 days? Either way, UKPC /DCB Legal will discontinue soon, so please show us the NoD (not the email) when it arrives, so we can count it.
You'll now get some desperate 'do you wanna settle?' calls that personally, I would answer purely for the LOLs!
Nearly at the end game...

says ten on the letter, although i'd be aiming for at least 14 were it necessary
are they likely to discontinue rather than pay their claimant fee (due 5th nov)?
will absolutely post the notice if/when it comes!

99.7% sure it'll be discontinued.
