That's not the POC. You know what the POC is because I linked you to an example thread. Or glance at a few claim threads next to yours to see how people redacted their Claim Form POC & showed it.

The fact that you were driving is completely irrelevant; I don't know why people read shahib's whole thread. Their case is not relevant to you. I was merely using it to show you how to write para 3, changing one date!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • apologies - too many acronyms early in the morning. here are the POC details:

Now i see your point about para 3. I've added only a point on 2 i've seen in a similar defense around not being able to provide my own evidence as no  PCN was received on the day. possibly superfluous though

Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. The Defendant is not indebted to the Claimant. Paragraph 2 is denied. No PCN was "issued on xx/xx/xxxx (the date of the alleged visit), and so denying the defendant of any opportunity to provide their own evidence. Whilst the Defendant is the registered keeper, paragraphs 3 and 4 are denied. The Defendant is not liable and has seen no evidence of a breach of prominent terms. The quantum is hugely exaggerated (no PCN can be £170 on private land) and there were no damages incurred whatsoever. The Claimant is put to strict proof of all of their allegations.
