Yes we think its down to payroll although they obviously won't admit it. His payslip today shows he has paid what I assume to be his "normal tax" as he is still on the old tax code. It did say it could take about 10 days to filter through and then he will be on 602M until April through no fault of his own.penners324 said:The payroll department should have received the P9 from hmrc after the first pay run.
Indeed most payroll systems link automatically to get this information.
