DRO concerns - expenditure query

Options
Hello, I'm shortly about to apply for a DRO after Stepchange advised this was the best solution for me. I suffer from a variety of health conditions and am currently only working part-time, which has led me to being unable to afford to repay my debts in full (around 22K). Some of my expenditure will include paying for counselling as I have suffered with sometimes severe depression and anxiety at points in my life. One of my counsellors in the past thinks I have some PTSD from past traumas. My MH has been seriously low for the past 2 years and I need the long term support at the moment. I am a bit worried that the OR won't agree to my expenditure on counselling. I have sought help via NHS in the past but have been put on waiting lists and then offered stress courses which weren't appropriate in my circumstances.

Any advice on this gratefully received.

Also, does anyone know who the best provider is?

These days most DROs are done through Money Wellness or Citizens Advice. I'd start with one of them and let your intermediary worry about your expenditure
