Am I Covered Until I Change Cars?

I am about to collect my new car on Monday and requested a change of vehicle in my policy. I find the following statement in the online application a bit ambiguous.

On 16/12/2024 only, your current vehicle will be covered until you get your new one. If you still need cover for your JAGUAR, F-PACE, we may be able to offer temporary car cover after you have completed your changes.

The first sentence suggests that my current vehicle, which is the Jaguar, will be covered on Monday until I change to the new one which is fine. They then go on to offer temporary cover for my Jaguar which suggests that it may not  be covered on Monday up to the changeover.

Am I just being paranoid and all if fine, or do I need to go through the pain of phoning them and trying to speak to a real person for clarification?

They're just saying that if you will have two cars for a period of time (eg if you arent trading in the jag) then the jag can either be added back on as a Temporary Additional Vehicle or they can sell you a temp policy (its not 100% clear which of the two it is).

This is slightly different to the last time I swapped cars where legally for 1 day both vehicles were insured on the same policy for the complete day.

"I can confirm you’ll be covered in your current car up until you step foot in to your new one and drive it away. If you need cover for your old car after pickup then you may be able to insure your old car on a temporary basis."

Looks like I could get a job there if this transaction management thing doesn't work out
