NatWest Banking offer Issue

Hi all, I have completed the NatWest requirements but they are telling me I have another account under NatWest group and have had the switch offer before in April of 2024. 

But I haven’t had an account with anyone associated to NatWest. 

I want my switch bonus! 

Any recommendations?

Not Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS)?
Or Ulster Bank?

Submit a DSAR to NatWest, RBS and Ulster bank asking for all information relating to all current accounts held in your name (past and present), and all information related to switch incentives which have been paid into any of these accounts.

Also, it'd be worthwhile checking your credit files from all 3 CRAs - Experian, Equifax and TransUnion to see if there's any accounts on your files you have forgotten about, or don't know about (which could be fraudulent). Ignore the score/rating and focus on the actual data on your files related to your current accounts.
