Holiday insurance

HI: Can anyone point me in the direction of a good insurance company that would cover existing medical conditions. A 70yr old and my missus who will be 64 both with previous  medical issues and ( A heart attack ten years ago ) planning a trip to America for 10 days.
I am under the impression the insurance could be more expensive than the trip..... but hope not

I'm with staysure , which have been ok 

There are others, I'm sure people will mention them

 I too use staysure. I have 3 people in my family that have multiple medical conditions and they cover them all and although expensive it's cheaper than the alternative

Insure and Go   and   All Clear   are also typical ones we use.
