Study the defence template thread carefully,  especially the first few paragraphs of the template   ( study the first 2 posts   )

Your defence is mainly to rebut or challenge the POC shown on the N1SDT claim form

Ps, you still have not mentioned the name of the claimant parking company yet,  despite being asked to do so
    Sorry. I thought I did

    Euro Car parks ltd

    Thank you

So does the POC mention ISSUED or CONTRAVENTION,  because you haven't posted a picture of it and so reading back I am not sure which words they used,  which is why pictures are much better than anecdotes

So the claim is by DCB Legal on behalf of ECP, same as dozens of other threads on here,  so fairly easy to adapt a few paragraphs accordingly,  regardless of any recollection or otherwise

Issue date 8th April,  AOS completed as per instructions, deadline date is now 33 days from the 8th April,  so 12th May at 4pm

Why have you crossed this out and not typed the full wording & date or just shown us a picture:

"the date of contravention is 2021"
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry. I thought that strikethrough would stand out the most when I referred to corrections.

Yes it says "the date of contravention"

Thank you. I've started going through the second post of the thread you mentioned. I think it's by CouponMad.
I see that the deadline has not changed, 12th May

OK, so as it says,  contravention,  follow the template defence advice given in other recent claim threads over the last 2 weeks where the same word was used in the POC

You should have made the word bold, not strike through

Add an ending to paragraph 2 as well, stating that the keeper has no recollection etc, so the ending suggested by coupon mad

28 days after CNBC sent the defence and it was received. What we don't know are when that happened.

So CNBC will keep the timing of this?
Will CNBC inform me if the claim has been stayed?
