Ebay feedback revision request

I got some negative feedback on a sale i made, sorted out the problem and sent a feedback revision request which the buyer agreed to action as soon as he got it.
Sent the request 2 days ago and the buyer has received nothing yet, anyone know how long this takes as the request disappears after 10 days.

If buyer doesn't respond try phoning ebay and pointing out that they promised to remove the feedback and haven't done so.
