eBay Changing Settings. Lost ALL my December sales!

Alert all eBay sellers! I have been a seller on the site for 22 years.

In November I changed a single listing, donating 100% of sales to a charity.

I have just now realised that ALL my sales in December were then set the same way!

eBay changed ALL the defaults on all my listings without notification!

The charity donation button is right a the bottom of the drafting page. It is very easy to miss. eBay say no refund, although this would not have happened had they not made the changes.

I am offering to donate £s to the charity. Awaiting a "back office" response now.

Oh, and I am now totally broke just before Xmas...

Those tick boxes can be tricky as very often if you tick it once it stays ticked until you remove the tick. I keep getting caught out with offers, I send an offer and usually won't accept a counter offer, but when I do I always forget to remove that option when I send the next offer.

i recently had 2000 listings changed

ebay changed all my listings to 2 day expected postage

never told me

i send all post for free royal mail second class large letters and parcels and no way when you send second class can you put 2 day postage without people complaining they have not received there item.

 only spotted it by accident 

had to bulk edit them all to my norm 3 to 5 day expected postage set by myself

Doesn’t that mean you post them in 2 days…or are you saying you post out in 3-5 days

this is what i put on all my listings and what shows up when you look at a listing i have active

i have this stored in my postage settings when listing

so you buy from me  you should expect to receive your parcel in 3 to 5 working days

i actually post royal mail second class every morning bar sundays
