wrongful ccj issued

I received a ccj on the 20th Aug from the civil national business centre. The reason i received this was due to documents not being sent back to the them. Twice i done this thankfully via recorded mail, they admitting it was their error and my information had been lost... thats the good news!
Since then ive resubmitted the forms.. to this day ive been in a spiral of complaints due to their incompetence....to this day the ccj is still live due to more of their errors.
My MP is involved as are the top people from HM Court and Tribunals who are on my side that ive been treated appallingly.
I'm now through to the Parliamentary and Health Ombudsman which is the last complaint process (i just want the ccj removed!) who have just informed me today that their outcome will have little impact on me ie its to improve their process going forward ,more people on telephones , training etc!!!
The last update i received was that the judge at my local court had finally received the documents from the cnbc but due to another error from them the ccj wasnt asked to be removed!
So im back to square one
This has has a huge bearing on me financially and mentally.
any advice welcome
many thanks

Have you logged a formal complaint with HMCTS and taken it through all of the escalation steps?
If yes then what was the outcome?0 -
The quest is do you owe the money the judgement was issued for, or did you have a defence to the claim?
Set aside is the only way to remove a judgement incorrectly issued or not.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. What sourcrates was saying was that they need a defence to the actual claim. If they owe the money but they're trying to get it set aside purely because their paperwork didn't get there it isn't going to be set aside.
They need a defence to the claim.0
