Parking Eye - PCN - Overstaying at Lidl Carpark

having researched on the thread - I want to make sure I have understood everything correctly.
I overstayed at a Parking Eye car park by 13 minutes. The limit was 2hrs 30mins but I left at 2hrs 43mins. Lidl won’t cancel the PCN.
I received the initial letter with the POFA on the back (no golden ticket)
Now I’ve received a reminder - with case law stated on the back.

Attached both letters for ref purposes.
Just to confirm - I have to appeal within 28 days to Parking Eye. They will reject and give POPLA code and then will need to go onto POPLA website and submit appeal.
Can someone confirm exactly which templates I need to be using for my circumstances please?
Many thanks.

Use the blue text template in the newbies sticky thread for the Parking Eye appeal
There are no Popla templates per se, so anyone drafting a Popla appeal should look at other recent Popla appeals and cherry pick your own legal arguments, copy, paste , adapt as required, that is why you study the Popla decisions thread, starting from the end and work backwards historically
Don't expect a win with either, especially not with Parking Eye
You are more likely to win in court due to the very short overstay period, de minimis
But no guarantees for any of those options
Its definitely better to get Lidl or the landowner to cancel, which is why its plan A

No template. Send PEye an appeal including the receipt and (ideally) a redacted screenshot of ALL your Lidl transactions in your bank account this year, and tell them you've complained to Lidl and will boycotting the shop from now on, if this PCN isn't cancelled.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
