Scottish Power not offering ANY tariffs

Why is it that Scottish Power ARE NOT offering any alternative tariffs? I've checked the app repeatedly over the last few weeks with a view to changing to a fixed tariff but there's a notice stating they're unable to generate quotes. This seems grossly unfair and possibly illegal. Can anyone help or advise?

I've checked and there's 3 tariffs showing for me. They aren't particularly enticing so I'm unlikely to take any of them.
As for you - have you tried clearing your cookies so that it looks like a new customer query? Or is there something about you that they don't like. You don't fit their customer profile or they don't like your previous payment history with them or something.
There is nothing illegal about not selling something to an individual as long as it's not discrimination. And discrimination is unlikely when dealing with a computer. So I continue to think that it's a glitch rather than something personal.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. There is no legal obligation to offer anything but variable tariffs.
Have you checked online rather than ap in case its an app fault.
But an online quote only offered me svt or long term flexi - a wholesale component only fix with other passthrough charges - or cap tracker.
No genuine100% fix. not that many are in limit if regulator changes costs.
And many suppliers have in recent past reverted to SVT only - at one stage after end of energy crisis peak - none of the major players were offering fixes.
Late 2022 early-mid 2023.
And maybe with SC under review others might well look to pause again.1 -
