also if paying by card you dont have to use one in the diamond card holders name which is handy

No problems, even with son at checkout to help! Staff very helpful - they will get wood down for you and push the trolley if you can't manage it yourself.

Another tip - if you don't have transport, B & Q charge thirty quid for delivery. A local "white van man" was only fifteen quid.
