Unknowing Supscription purchase

I accidentally purchased a product and unknowingly signed up for a subscription that charged £94 to my PayPal account. At the time, I had no money in my PayPal balance and insufficient funds in my bank account to cover the charge and as soon as I was made aware of the error I terminated the subscription and initiated a dispute; however, PayPal continued to process the subscription payment regardless of my actions. The case was closed because PayPal deemed the transaction was processed correctly. I closed the subscription and appealed the dispute but PayPal processed the subscription payment even though there was no money or linked bank accounts to prevent any further fees.
I returned the product as agreed with the seller, but I have not received a refund. The seller claims they have not received the return, even though I have all the relevant proof of postage. Unfortunately, I cannot raise another dispute, as PayPal has closed the original case, and I am unable to reopen it.
I now owe money to PayPal, and this debt has been handed over to a debt management company that is attempting to collect on their behalf.
Is there anything I can do The Company I purchased from is in Norway called Good for me AS., and it was bought from their web site after seeing an ad on social media I truly thought I was buying a one-off. I would never subscribe to anything without trying first. Looking at there small print it was a subscription actioned 17 days after purchase and there was no 30-day cooling off period.
Is there anything else I can do?

Looking at this site, it seems they show subscription or one off purchase options clearly (see below). Is this a recent change or did you miss this?
They also show details of the cooling off period, and it seems they've acted within these terms.
I think the fact you had no funds in your paypal account is a red herring to the issue as it is pretty irrelevant as to whether you were liable for the subscription cost or not.
I can see why PayPal closed the complaint and upheld that the transaction was processed correctly - as it was for goods that you accept were despatched and received by you, not cancelled within the cooling off period.
So to this point, I really don't see any issue.
You say you returned the product back to Norway but the seller disputes that they received it. Did you post it on a tracked service? Sending this on a cheaper untracked and uninsured service would have been reckless in my opinion, especially given the context.
Proof of postage just proves you posted the item, not that they received it. As you have the contract with the shipper, your next step should probably be approaching the shipper about the alleged non-delivery and any recourse.

Thank you for your response. I suppose I will learn a lesson from this and cut my losses.0
