Fine from euro car parks

Hi, I went shopping at St George’s Retail Park with my children and didn’t realise there was a 3 hour limit. In this time Next had an evacuation and we were rushed out, I left my pushchair in there as the children were out of it and I just grabbed them and went out. I was 36 minutes late getting out of the car park. I have no received a fine. Has anyone had any experience with euro park parks fines and would this reason be a reason to appeal? Is there a template to appeal please?

No no one has ever had a fine from Euro ever!Thousands have however had speculative invoices trying to extort money from them.First make a strong complaint to the land owner (plan A), and have a good read of the newbies thread on here where the whole sorry scam is explained for you.2

Sorry @fisherjim what does that mean? That they will ask for the money but go no further?0

They definitely expect payment, they always do, but its your choice to make, we would say don't pay
There is no fine, magistrates issue fines, not private parking companies
Your best option is plan A like you were told above
Complain about the PCN to the retail park management company or landowner and get it cancelled ASAP , otherwise it will go further. ( Nobody mentioned it not going further. )1 -
There are several St George’s Retail Parks dotted around the country.
Which one did you visit?2 -

Just get Next to cancel it. Or complain to the site agent and tell them about the evacuation
You'll know from reading NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST before posting, that retailer (or retail park property agents) complaint is Plan A.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi I have called next who said they don’t have any contact with the retail park or know who the agent is. I guess the only thing I can do is appeal as I can’t find a number to call the retail park either.0

Definitely complain about the PCN to the retail park management company, next wil be tenants, nothing to do with the shops on site
You need to complain to the management company or landowner ASAP1 -
Even though their name is findable online and appears at the entrance to the retail park?smija said:Hi I have called next who said they don’t have any contact with the retail park or know who the agent is.
