Is it possible to waterproof cracked bathroom tiles?

Options
Good afternoon.
I have tiled shower wall and over time, some tiny cracks have developed between the tiles and the mortar. Just some sections at the base where tiles meet bath.
You have to look carefully to see them. But the wall on the other side is a little damp so it needs addressing.

Anyway a plumber was here and said it was possible to "seal them up" and replace the silicone at the edge of the bath

He seems to have gone AWOL.

Is there a product that can "seal" them up? Or is it a case of regrouting them

Many thanks
