Southgate Car Park Stansted Airport

Hello everyone, I have received a notice to keeper from MET Parking Services for parking at Southgate Car Park Stansted. We arrived at McDonalds car park and could find no blue badge spaces but from where we were, we could see Disabled spaces in the said car park. We parked up, displayed my blue badge and made the short walk to McDonalds. They have a little collection of pictures tracking our movements. I remember my partner saying as we entered that the signs were displaying free for an hour so we didn't think anymore about it. We were in McDonalds for approx 15 mins. I think its a complete travesty and by the looks of things on here I am not the only victim of this clever scam. I could just pay it as I am not clever enough to go into the practicalities of fighting it. However if someone can guide me through the process of appealing this, I would be very grateful. It looks like all appeals are being rejected but there are some success when you appeal to the governing body.

Oh it's easy. You could even just ignore them and wait for a court claim, which is even easier.
